President is a Director on the Board of the
Escrow Agents Fidelity
Corporation,
and we are a member of the
Escrow Institute
of California.
Our Escrow Officers are actively involved with

California Escrow Association
and the
Los Angeles Escrow Association.

When doing your research on escrow companies,
the first thing to take note of is the different
types of escrow:

Independent escrow
is licensed by the Department of
Corporations, and must adhere to strict
liquidity, bonding and audit requirements,
as well as experience and certificate
requirements for personnel.

Broker-owned escrow
is in-house with a real estate broker, and
is not required to adhere to the same
financial, audit and experience requirements
of independent escrow.

Title-owned escrow divisions
fall under the title Insurance industry, and
are not required to adhere to the same
financial, audit and experience requirements
of independent escrow.
Being independent is as important to us,
as being impartial is in an escrow. That’s the
