·         Status and Reporting   For developers with large projects, and real estate agents with multiple escrows at once, you will receive regular reports that show current status of the key points (deposit in?  instructions signed?  loan status?  contingencies approved?).  You and your escrow officer will work together to fine tune this valuable report

·         Security   Your escrow will be handled with the utmost care.  It’s confidential;  no one without a “need to know”, will even know that the escrow exists.  Escrow officers will cross-check everything they do, with keen attention to detail.  Before your escrow closes, it will go through a careful audit procedure, and will be closed right.
